Orders are usually packed within 1 business day where possible. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carrier

We ship orders within Australia using Australia Post, managed through ReadyToShip for reliable fulfilment and tracking.

Shipping Options

We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping options at checkout.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking

Tracking is provided for all shipped orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, Australia Post delivery schedules, public holidays, weather, or delays outside our control.

Express Shipping may be faster than Standard Shipping, but delivery times are still estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Local Pickup & Delivery

Local pickup and same-day Adelaide delivery are not currently active unless shown at checkout or announced on the website.

Chemical Shipping Restrictions

Future liquid or chemical products may have separate shipping restrictions. Express shipping may not be available for some liquid or chemical items.
